We served these at a realtor’s luncheon held at one of our listings in Neptune Beach (Hopkins Street…go check it out under our Homes for Sale tab!) and they were an absolute HIT! People were popping them in their mouths left and right…WE RAN OUT!

Ingredients

  • Red velvet cake mix
  • 1 can cream cheese frosting
  • chocolate candy coating (Candiquik or similar product)

Instructions

  1. Cook red velvet cake per directions on the back of the box.
  2. In a large bowl, crumble the cake using your hands and combine with frosting.
  3. Roll into 1-1.5 inch balls, and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours OR the freezer for 1 hour.
  4. Cover with chocolate or drizzle with white chocolate!
  5. ENJOY! (You may also stick a candy stick into them while they are cold to make them easy to eat at a party!)
