Fred Cattar
Fred, a Neptune Beach resident for over 35 years (& Jacksonville Native) has over 30 years ACTIVE, full-time experience in Real Estate. He has earned the prestigious Realtor designations of GRI and CRS. Fred served as NEFAR MLS President in 2000 and has been active in numerous committees, including Education, Community Affairs, Grievance, Regional Computer Committee and Professional Standards.
Fred is the backbone behind Cattar Realty Inc. and is responsible for the Property Management Division of the company.
In Fred’s spare time, you can find him on the golf course or spending time with his lovely wife. Fred & Jenet have been married 25 years, in 2020!
Jenet Cattar
Jenet has been an active member of the NEFMLS. Executive Officer of the Jacksonville Beaches Association of Realtors and MLS, prior to the merge with NEFAR and NEFMLS. She has been licensed in Real Estate since 1978 in Michigan and since 1991 in Florida.
A huge part of Jenet’s focus with Cattar Realty Inc. is in providing guidance to each customer throughout every step of the way. Building, buying, and selling homes can be some of the largest financial investments in one’s life. The Cattar’s bring a confident and informed attitude in guiding each customer through this process to ensure it is completed with wisdom, enthusiasm, and resilience to get the job done right!

Cattar Realty, Inc. was established in October 1994 in Jacksonville Beach, FL. We are a small company that is BIG on service.
After many years with two other companies, in 1994, Fred Cattar decided to branch off on his own and open Cattar Realty, Inc. Fred, a Jacksonville native, has been an entrepreneur for many years including years in the grocery business, management for Jax Liquors, and owner of a butcher shop in the Arlington Area. His keen business mind and gift of wisdom make him a successful real estate broker. He started the company with a shoestring budget, and with the help of his wife, Jenet, they have grown the company into a successful well known real estate company here in the beaches area.
Cattar Realty, Inc. started and has successfully doubled and tripled in volume due to customer loyalty and satisfaction over the years. Everyone who knows the Cattar’s speaks highly of them. Their marketing includes knowledge and expertise, humor – and at no extra cost to the customers, and enthusiasm!
