Ingredients
- 2 pounds powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. almond extract (can use finely chopped almonds too)
- 1 cube margarine or butter (softened)
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 14 ounces Angel Flake coconut
- 12 onces chocolate chips
- 1/4 pound parafin
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and roll into small balls. There will be a lot of batter, so you might want to use 2 mixing bowls for easier mixing!
- Melt chocolate and parafin in a double boiler (careful not to burn!) and dip the balls into the chocolate.
- Place on wax paper or a 13×9 glass pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
Yields about 100 pieces!
