Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar (or a substitute like Stevia)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup cocunut
  • 1 package of chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups oatmeal

Instructions

  1. Mix wet ingredients and then combine with dry.
  2. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 8 minutes.
