Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar (or a substitute like Stevia)
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup cocunut
- 1 package of chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups oatmeal
Instructions
- Mix wet ingredients and then combine with dry.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 8 minutes.
