Ingredients

  • Cinnamon Streusel muffin mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Place paper baking cups into 12 regular-size muffin cups, or grease bottoms of muffin cups.
  3. Stir muffin mix, milk, oil, and eggs in medium bowl just until blended. Divide batter among muffin cups (about ¾ full).
  4. Sprinkle streusel over batter in each cup, press lightly.
  5. Bake 16 to 21 min. or until golden brown.
  6. Cool for 5 min. (if you did not use paper baking cups, run a knife around the edges before removing, carefully remove from pan.
  7. Cool completely before storing.
