Ingredients
- Cinnamon Streusel muffin mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place paper baking cups into 12 regular-size muffin cups, or grease bottoms of muffin cups.
- Stir muffin mix, milk, oil, and eggs in medium bowl just until blended. Divide batter among muffin cups (about ¾ full).
- Sprinkle streusel over batter in each cup, press lightly.
- Bake 16 to 21 min. or until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 min. (if you did not use paper baking cups, run a knife around the edges before removing, carefully remove from pan.
- Cool completely before storing.
