Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichokes (drain and chop)
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed is best)
  • 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 squirts of Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat ingredients for 8 minutes in the microwave. Serve with crackers.
