Ingredients
- 1 cup veggie stick oil (you can use butter, if you can have dairy allergy….)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp soda
- 2 cups crunchy peanut butter
- 1 cup peanuts
- 3 cups organic Oat flour, or Brown Rice flour, GLUTEN and Wheat FREE (find in specialty section of grocery.)
Instructions
- Mix together.
- Roll into balls, roll in sugar in bowl.
- Press both ways with a fork LIGHTLY on a baking sheet.
- 350 oven, 15 minutes.
- Let them sit a minute or two.
- Then put on a rack to cool.
- Eat, and share them with your friends who cannot have wheat/gluten.
