Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli (cut small)
  • 4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup raisins (Goji berries are yummy and nutritious too!)
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar (Stevia is a lovely substitute here!)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
