Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli (cut small)
- 4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup raisins (Goji berries are yummy and nutritious too!)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar (Stevia is a lovely substitute here!)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
