Ingredients
- 4 T-bone or bone-in ribeye steaks
- 4 Tbs. sweet paprika
- 2 tsp. celery seeds
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
- Combine herbs, spices, and salt in a small food processor or blender, and process until seeds are crushed.
- Brush meat with olive oil, and dust with the spice mixture, rubbing into the meat.
- Chill for 30 minutes. Grill steaks for 9 to 12 minutes for medium rare or to desired doneness.
