Ingredients

  • 1 cup veggie stick oil (you can use butter, if you can have dairy allergy….)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 2 cups crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 3 cups organic Oat flour, or Brown Rice flour, GLUTEN and Wheat FREE (find in specialty section of grocery.)

Instructions

  1. Mix together.
  2. Roll into balls, roll in sugar in bowl.
  3. Press both ways with a fork LIGHTLY on a baking sheet.
  4. 350 oven, 15 minutes.
  5. Let them sit a minute or two.
  6. Then put on a rack to cool.
  7. Eat, and share them with your friends who cannot have wheat/gluten.
