  • 1 cup veggie stick oil (you can use butter, if you can have dairy allergy….) 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ tsp salt 1 tsp soda 2 cups crunchy peanut butter 1 cup peanuts 3 cups organic Oat flour, or Brown Rice flour, GLUTEN and Wheat FREE (find in specialty section of grocery.)

  • Cinnamon Streusel muffin mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs

  • Crust Items: 2 cups shifted flour, 1 tsp. salt, ¾ cup shortening and 4 Tbsp. Water.
  • Mix flour and salt in large bowl. Add shortening and use pastry blender or 2 knives to cut shortening into the flour until the mixture is uniform and very fine. Sprinkle water over mixture and blend until all sticks together (do not over mix). Place dough on wax paper and use the wax paper to mold the dough into a small loaf. Wrap in the wax paper and refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  • Apple Filling Items: 6 large cooking apples, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 Tbsp flour, and 1 Tbsp butter or margarine.
  • Mix sugar, cinnamon and flour in bowl and set aside. Peel and quarter apples and slice into large bowl. Sprinkle portions of the sugar mixture over apples in layers. Stir to coat evenly.

  • 1/4 Cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 Tbsp Splenda brown sugar (or Truvia)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 Cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 Cup rolled oats (oatmeal)
  • 1/2 Cup Splenda brown sugar (or Truvia)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground allspice
  • 8 oz. mashed pumpkin (or sweet potato)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 Cup applesauce
  • 1/3 Cup organic blue agave
  • 1 Cup raisins
